LASCOTA, LABHCA ENDORSE AMBODE’S SECOND TERM

    …Hold a million Man Walk October 2nd, 2018

    With less than six months to the general elections and the aftermath of aspirants picking up nomination forms across all the parties in line with INEC guidelines for their various intending offices, that of the Lagos State Governor Mr Akinwunmi Ambode is getting a big boost as the state’s council of tradesmen and artisans has endorsed Gov. Ambode for a second term in Lagos House while declaring a million man solidarity walk on October 2nd, 2018.

    Speaking to the Publisher of The Alimosho Mail Mr Abel Lazarus Nonye during a courtesy visit to the secretariat of Lagos State Barbers Hairdressing and Cosmetology Association ( LABHCA) the president of the Association Mrs Iajaoba Nurat Yetunde informed us that the entire associations of artisans in Lagos State have endorsed Mr Ambode for a second term in office; owing to his exceptional performance in his first term.

    While reacting to the question on the specifics the government has done to the association that will warrant such support, she responded that the entire membership of Lagos State Council of Tradesmen and Artisans (LASCOTA) are happy on his performance hitherto on his promises to the council. She noted that Governor Akinwunmi Ambode had promised them a bus and a yearly subventions to the tune of N12,000,000 (Twelve Million Naira Only) and other supports which he has consistently fulfilled.

    She further noted that the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) has been of immense beneficial to some of their members and thereby sustaining there businesses. She reiterated that it has never been the case in the past hence the need to give him wholesome support to actualizing his second term in office.

    She further noted that the walk will commence from the council’s headquarter at Shogunle and terminates at the Lagos State House Assembly, Alausa in Ikeja where speeches will be delivered highlighting reasons for their support to His Excellency by members and guests. She enjoined all members state wide to keep the date in mind and make preparations to attend this epic event.
