The All Progressives Congress (APC) is set to screen aspirants vying for national offices on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, ahead of its March 27 National Convention.
The screening exercise will take place at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja, and only aspirants who have purchased and submitted their Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms will be eligible ¹ ² ³.
According to Alhaji Isa Yuguda, Secretary of the Aspirants’ Screening Committee and former Governor of Bauchi State, all aspirants are required to appear in person with relevant supporting documents for verification.
He urged candidates to arrive early to ensure a smooth screening process.
The APC had earlier unveiled a detailed timetable for its 2025/2026 nationwide ward, local government, state, and zonal congresses, culminating in the party’s national convention.
The process began with membership e-registration on December 1, 2025, and ran until January 30, 2026 ² ¹.
