    Princess Adejoke Orelope Adefulire

As we celebrate Mother’s Day, H.E Princess (Dr.) Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire OFR has extended her heartfelt appreciation to mothers across Nigeria, Lagos, and especially in Alimosho Federal Constituency, acknowledging their tireless efforts in shaping the nation’s future.

In a statement, Princess Orelope-Adefulire described mothers as the “silent architects of the nation’s future” and the “enduring heartbeat of every home”, recognizing the immense love, care, and sacrifices they make for their families. She encouraged mothers to continue guiding their children, passing down wisdom and strength for future generations, aligning with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of Quality Education (SDG 4) and Gender Equality (SDG 5).

“Mothers are the backbone of our society, and their impact is felt across every aspect of our lives,” Princess Orelope-Adefulire said. “Their selflessness, love, and dedication inspire us to be better individuals, and their influence shapes the leaders of tomorrow.”

The former Deputy Governor of Lagos State prayed that mothers enjoy the fruits of their labor through their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, contributing to a brighter future for Nigeria and the world (SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being).

Her message is a testament to the profound impact mothers have on shaping the nation and inspiring future leaders. As we celebrate Mother’s Day, let us take a moment to appreciate the incredible mothers in our lives and the difference they make every day.
